Serdar City Municipality of Turkmenistan is a significant public project initiated by the Republic of Turkmenistan in September 2009 and completed in October 2010. This modern municipal building houses the mayor's offices, a spacious meeting hall for 300 people, and a comfortable cafeteria for 80 individuals. Spanning a total area of 4,000 square meters, the building is designed to efficiently deliver municipal services and meet the administrative needs of Serdar City. Serving as the administrative hub of the city, this project streamlines local governance and contributes to the region's development.
