Artvin Mass Housing Complex is a project initiated in July 2020 and completed in April 2021. Commissioned by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment and Urbanization (TOKİ) and constructed by Çakır Construction, this modern complex comprises 248 residential units and 32 shops. Going beyond housing, the project also includes commercial areas, green spaces, and modern infrastructure.
